1 | How do I order?
Simply select your preferred soup base and add 1 to 3 ingredients of your choice. Then proceed to checkout and complete your payment details.
2 | How long can I expect my food to remain edible?
Please consume the food by the date indicated on the packaging. Upon receipt, promptly transfer the package(s) to a freezer set at or below -18°C. To maintain quality, all food items must be stored in a freezer and kept frozen after receiving them.
3 | Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value for each order is £35.
4 | When is the cut-off for ordering?
You can now place orders up to 28 days in advance, with a minimum lead time of 3 days.
5 | Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept any returns.
6 | Can I cancel my order?
We regret to inform you that once your order has been created, we will begin production and will be unable to cancel it.
7 | How can I obtain allergen information?
We use most of the 14 major allergens in our kitchen. While we take measures to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee it. Please email sales@yunguichuan.co.uk for details if needed.
